How Roamveldt Builds Each Arrangement
Every Roamveldt rental arrangement begins with the route, not the vehicle class. The departure city, destination, and number of days determine which option is appropriate, and the vehicle selected within that category is one suited to the highway distance involved.
This means a one-way compact rental between Miri and Kuching is handled differently from a three-day sedan run between Kuala Lumpur and Penang — different vehicles, different mileage allowances, and different briefing content relevant to each corridor.

One-Way Inter-City Compact
A one-way compact vehicle rental connecting two Malaysian cities. Suited to solo travellers or small groups covering a direct highway run without needing to return the vehicle to the same city. Drop-off is at the destination city's pre-agreed handover point. A pre-trip route review is included before departure.

Three-Day Inter-City Sedan
A three-day sedan-class rental suited to the Kuala Lumpur to Penang corridor and return. Sedan-class vehicles are selected for their highway comfort, boot space, and suitability for two to four occupants on multi-hour drives. The mileage allowance is calibrated to cover the return trip on the KL–Penang expressway without shortfall.

A seven-day arrangement covering three to four cities. The touring vehicle is selected with extended daily driving in mind — stable at highway speeds, with boot space for luggage appropriate to a week-long trip. A mid-trip vehicle review is included at a pre-agreed point in the itinerary. Route notes are provided for each individual leg of the journey.

Written checklist completed at pickup for every arrangement. Same checklist used at return for a consistent reference point.

All rental agreements and licence verifications follow JPJ requirements applicable to vehicle rental operators in Malaysia.
Mileage Transparency
Allowances are confirmed in writing before the rental commences. Overage rates, if applicable, are disclosed at the time of booking confirmation.
Support During Business Hours
Roamveldt is reachable by phone Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday mornings. A direct contact number is provided with each rental for road queries.
Flexible Handover Locations
Pickup and drop-off points are agreed during booking and selected for the renter's convenience, not internal operational ease.
